I have a beautiful and healthy PRA clear, boy  READY NOW!  He is from a litter of 3. One is sold and I'm keeping the other. I also have their mother, full sister from a previous litter and grandmother, who can be seen when viewing my puppy.

My pups are always ENDORSED with Kennel Club, so not available for breeding. This is nothing to do with quality, they are superb quality! I do this to protect them from unscrupulous breeders.

PLEASE READ FULL ADVERT - It will give you confidence in choosing my puppies.

I am a dedicated (what is known as) "hobby" breeder and I take breeding seriously. I have bred Norwegian Forest Cats for 12 years and mini daxies for 4 years. My girls, cat or dog, only have 1 litter per year, so have plenty of rest and recuperation in between.

My pets are first and foremost my hairy children! They all live in the home - no outside kennels. I also cook for them. My puppies are treated as if they are staying! I also name them, which you can of course change.

I make myself housebound 1 week before mums due date, so that I am there when pups are born. I assist with the birthing, if necessary.

The mother-to-be sleeps with me from 1 week pre-birth date, until she moves with her pups to their own room.

The pups are born in my bedroom and stay there until they are happy to come out of their birthing case and move around - approx 2 to 3 weeks of age. They then go with mum into their own double size bedroom. I keep the puppies and mum separate from my other cats and dogs, to protect them from catching anything whilst they are unvaccinated. As soon as they show interest in mums food I start to wean them. This litter piled straight into solid food, no problem, quickly started having firm 💩 and they are already using puppy mats. 

They are on quality wet and dried commercial foods as well as chicken and minced beef that I have cooked for them. I also give them occasional tinned tuna in spring water- an excellent form of protein. I do not feed raw chicken (possible salmonella) or raw beef (lots of bacteria).

My pups are already KC registered and I have purchased for you, from the Kennel Club, a 5 Generation Pedigree Chart on KC letterheaded paper so that you know you have a Pure, Genuine, long haired mini dachshund, that has not been crossed with anything. Anyone can make up a fake pedigree chart on a computer. 

My pups are also microchipped, and wormed. They will have a supply of wet and dry food that they are on at time of collection, a few new toys and a scent blanket with all their families smells on it. All these things make the transition to a new home easier. I can also provide you with 5 weeks free insurance with Agriapet who are supported by the Kennel Club and Governing Cat Councils.
