Daximus our dashing Dachshund is ready to find his forever home after coming into us as a stray. He is suitable to live with primary school aged children. Daximus can share his home with another calm dog, pending a successful mix in centre prior to adoption. He also has the potential to live with cats, pending a successful scent swap and gradual introductions in the home.

Daximus is 7 years old. We have no prior home history for him so he will benefit from an introduction to the basics. Things like housetraining and car travel will need some work but we think he will cope well being left alone for a few hours as settles nicely here. Due to his small stature, he can find traffic a little intimidating so isn't looking to live in a city location.
