Hunter's ideal home
Hunter is a 4½-year-old Miniature Smooth Haired Dachshund with a sweet and affectionate nature. He can be a little nervous when meeting new people, so he's looking for adopters who will give him a little time and patience to settle in and build his confidence. Once he knows you, Hunter's friendly personality shines through and he'll happily seek out cuddles from his favourite people.
Hunter would love a home where he can be part of family life and enjoy plenty of companionship. He could live with older primary age children and over who can understand his need for space when he's settling in. He may also be able to share his home with another small dog.

Hunter is a laid-back little chap who enjoys the simple things in life. He walks beautifully on his lead and loves travelling in the car, making him a wonderful companion for days out and leisurely adventures.
When he's at home, Hunter is happiest enjoying plenty of fuss and affection. Cheese is without a doubt his favourite treat, and he takes his bird-watching duties very seriously, often letting everyone know when he's spotted one outside! He also enjoys a nice bath and being involved in whatever his family is up to.
