About This Dog

Boogie's ideal home

Meet Boogie, an 8-year-old Dachshund. She is currently living with one of our foster carers, and she's loving life in a home. Boogie could live with a calm dog, pending meets at the centre, and if they can be separated during feeding times or when she has high-value items. She is suitable to live with older primary-aged children. Above all, Boogie is looking for a home that will allow her to enjoy life at her own pace and appreciate her for the lovely, independent Dachshund she is.

Could you be Boogie's perfect match?

Boogie is a lovely Dachshund who absolutely loves her food and enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with the people she knows and loves. She enjoys going for walks, particularly having the freedom to potter around, sniff and explore her surroundings at her own pace. Boogie is also happy to meet other dogs and can enjoy walking alongside them without needing constant interaction, making her a lovely companion for relaxed walks with doggy friends. Boogie will make for a wonderful companion, due to her mix of being people-oriented and happy to enjoy life at her own pace!
