About This Dog

Ella and Lily's ideal home

Ella and Lily are the most adorable little duo you will ever meet! These 4 and 5 year old Dachshunds are the sweetest girls who just want all your attention. As you can tell they are quite bonded and would prefer to be rehomed together, as they gain confidence and comfort from each other. They are both very gentle girls and could live with pre-school aged children and have the potential to live with other small pets pending successful intros. These lovely girls are not used to being left for long periods of time in the home, so would need a family who are willing to build up their leaving hours slowly at first. Their favourite way to relax is by cuddling in a soft cosy bed together.

Could you be Ella and Lily's perfect match?

Ella and Lily love meeting new people and will always jump up for a fuss. They both walk well on the lead and enjoy sniffy walks exploring new areas. They are happy meeting other dogs out and about and are fine sharing spaces and attention. They are both very foody, preferring treats over toys. This comes in handy for any ongoing training in the centre, including helping them settle. Due to their breed they can be vocal when you leave them on their own, but this doesn't last long and having each other around definitely helps, as they are becoming more confident with this every day. We can't wait for these besties to find their forever home.
