About This Dog

Jade's ideal home

Jade is a 5 year old Dachshund who has come to us as a stray so we are unsure of her past, but we do know that she is the most affectionate, loving girl and is going to make someone very lucky! Jade doesn't need a huge amount of exercise but does enjoy her walks. She could live with another friendly dog pending a successful meet here at the centre and children of older primary age.

Could you be Jade's perfect match?

Jade loves nothing more than cuddling on the sofa and is an expert at snuggling down under blankets and keeping warm and cosy completely covered up! What Jade doesn't like, is being cold and the rain! Jade is pretty much good at toileting outdoors, however, if it is raining, she may need you to hold her hand and take her out on the lead to encourage her to toilet. Jade has a low grade luxating patella but this is not bothering her or has no action needed currently but would need to taking into account for future.
