About This Dog for Adoption

Bonnie's ideal home

Bonnie can live with small to medium sized dogs and children of high school age. She is house trained and can be left alone at home for a few hours without worry once she has settled in.

Could you be Bonnie's perfect match?

Pint sized sock thief Bonnie may be brazen enough to have off with your footwear but she's actually quite a timid little thing who likes to take things slowly when meeting new people. She does well with space and encouragement and has relaxed enough to enjoy pottering about with her doggy pals at the centre. Now she's more confident, we've seen her chasing after the squirrels and birds so any wildlife loving adopters should take note! Bonnie even gets a little mouthy when she's over excited or feeling playful, so she should be directed onto something more appropriate than your hands or clothing! She has been good with other dogs and shares her space quite comfortably . She definitely approaches smaller dogs more readily than she does big ones but she still shows interest in meeting them. She is playful with others and we would happily rehome her with a well matched friend pending a successful mix at the centre.
